I practice law the way I try to live: be kind, be fair, but don't let anyone leave footprints on your face.

I will:

• limit the number of clients I work with, so I can give every job my best.
• deal with you honestly and respectfully, and ask you to do the same with me.
• try to find a referral for you, if your situation is outside my area of expertise.
• keep my costs down and try to be aware of your wallet as I set fees.
• prefer negotiated or mediated settlements to knock-down, drag out court fights, if a proposed settlement is fair. If not, off to court we go.

I won't:

• run a 24/7 rat race, can't spare a minute stress-a-thon.
• practice "meanest dog in the junkyard" client representation. I fight for my client's rights, but I want to fight fair.
